Shipping policy

ilearnngrow ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. We ship our products within 48 hours we make all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest.

Shipping Duration:

Each of the products sold on ilearnngrow.com have a 24 hour lead-time.

Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 business days while other destinations could take up to 5 business days to reach.

While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, ilearnngrow cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

A shipping and handling charge of Rs 100 is levied for orders below Rs 2500. For orders above Rs 2500, shipping is free.

Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.

Cancellations:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on shop@ilearnngrow.com and we will try our best to amend it .

In the case of a credit card refund due to order cancellation, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you with a transaction id, after which you can follow up with your bank if you would like to have the refund expedited.
